I posted a week ago about my mx-500 being stuck in test mode. I was advised to send it in for service.

I called, was given a charge estimate of $15 to fix the broken light switch and since it was stuck in "TEST MODE" they would flash the ram free of charge.

I sent remote out last Friday morning from MA and it arrived fully repaired on Wednesday!

Unbelievable service!
