OK, I just recieved my brand new TSU7000 on Friday. I have been contemplating this purchase for a couple of weeks now and while I have been deciding and waiting I have been building a configuration file for the remote. Now here it is saturday evening and the remote will not let me download my configuration into it. It says the file downloaded successfully, but low and behold the default config is still there, and mine is nowhere to be found on the remote. I have the latest version of the firm ware and the ppeng software, I have tried downgrading the firmware to upgrade it again but the firmware update to downgrade failed. I am ready to throw this piece at a wall If I cannot get mt config into it by Monday it gets shipped back

Please post this in the Pronto NG forum. Many TSU7000 users may simply not browse other forum areas.
As to your problem, has this been resolved or are you still unable to download your configuration file to the remote and have it take?
