is the artwork different on these discs or has anything else changed. I had this problem with my terminator discs about a year ago, and i used a cleaning product to remove the skeg. Since it is a problem with the ink though, it just comes back again several months later. Doesnt seem worth cleaning it again.
Not sure about the replacement scheme, i just send the discs right, and i dont need to bother protecting them, do I?, i can just shove them in a standard envelope?

The artwork is exactly the same, it's just the type of ink used that's changed.

I just dropped the two discs in a padded bag (along with my address) and sent it to the FREEPOST address. Elfman (Adam), however, has found that the discs are no longer in print so I'm not sure, after this length of time, whether you'll manage to get replacements.

You might want to try that second telephone number to see if they can confirm availability.

I'm not bothered if they give me a refund instead, cause i'll just buy the R1 version, which is probably what i should have done in the first place. If you don't mind cleaning your discs every 6 months, then no need to get a replacement :-). That'll teach me for supporting region 2.
