Hello my name is switchy. Yes I have tried it on player prohibitons and it works, I can skip all FBeye warnings. I'm from webtv and having a tough time opening URL code up.
I went to their website found they have the codes for the CX-850, but I can't get it open. It's not a .pdf but webtv won't let us open it I got away opening the 860 a lot of data, besides the instructions I have in mail and are printed.
Who ever posted the 860 Mod please post the CX-850 as well.
The 860 code doesn't work for the 850 only the 860 and 870 codes.
I haven't tried the region code because I already have a zone free and macro. disabled player. TIA :)

I am a hacker I am a hacker to get your sony model just switch the number on the red URL. First cut and copy then paste it somewhere, change the 860 to what ever Sony model you have. Cut, copy and paste it in a source viewer from Expert HTML it's a long one but after you get it and folow instructions *bingo* no more FBI warning ever again! I tried 32 discs over 2 hours and it works!
BTW you can access the service menu by hitting title, clear and power. Number 5 is region version and number 4 is Emer. History mine says 3h on CD laser and 926h on DVD laser. RCA F38310 is on top hit Menu-OK, Info, Volume+ at the same time then a grey screen will be seen in the center of your screen. My odometer is reading 8976 hours on it.

has been watched by this guy as I love Kates bedroom eyes and voice. Right now I would like to be in the pool on kates roof, *not* the one at the high school.

It seems that certain DVD will not repond to skip some the FBi warning and most do.
Does that mean I am not elite just yet, it seems that their firmware hack would get rid of it entirely. But it gets rid of a lot 32 in 2 hours screwing around till 2 AM when my eyes wouldn't respond any more.ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ switchy

I have an NS900 player and can get into the service menu but cant change any of the settings. Any one know how to change the region code etc via the remote with out the need to fit a hardware mod.
