Noob here trying to get Pronto Hex codes for BenQ TK700STI projector.

Have got the info from BenQ that the custom code is "0X30" and the code for power on is "0x02".

I put "30 02" in the Yamaha IR Hex Converter and try to use that generated ir hex as Pronto Hex code but it is not working.

I probably have misunderstood something about how to use it so please need help :)

(with Nec protocol implicit.) Sounds plausible to me. IFAIK, the Yamaha converter should work- You can also use IrScrutinizer, which gives:

so if it does not work, "this cannot happen"; you have to dig deeper; there can be many reasons.

Thanks for your support, unfortunately I could not fix it. Ordered a Switchbot Hub Mini instead.
