What do all the addresses mean in the discrete codes for Dish Network receivers? I have 5 different ccf's for the PVR 501 and all 5 have different IR Codes for the up button. What is that all about? Thanks.

Dish network has 15 different code sets for it's receivers so you can use more than one in a house on RF and not interfere with each other.
