I am wandering if it is possible to use the mulitswitch that comes with the high def dish using two regular 18 inch round dishes. I know that HD HBO comes in with the one dish but i am trying to get HDnet.

Yes. I've used 3 round dishes to pick up DirecTV 101,110, and 119. The round dish for 110 had the SAT C LNB installed on it. So it can be done.

I currently have my dish aimed to 135 degrees. Where would I aim the second dish and at what elevation?

Go through the menu on your receiver, it will tell you where to point the dish, remember they are about 7 degrees off, it usually gives you one direction use your common sense to find out exactly where it is. HD HBO comes in on 119. remember 7 degrees.
