I can't seem to get a Channel plus Bi-directional amp/distribution/Ir passing unit to pass internet on a same drop, any ideas?
I.E one of the rooms has internet besides a C.P 2100 Ir extractor.

I have had the same problem with Channel Plus units. They claim no problem, we beg to differ. Same issue trying to add IR to a digital satellite feed or sometimes to digital cable leads. I once had success by installing a steep high-pass filter on the leg feeding the digital modem at just below the frequency of my area's digital cable internet service. Check Channel Vision for custom slope filters. Good luck!
(I am assuming that creating an independent "clean" home run for the cable modem is physically impractical?)

Nice, the Channel Plus guy just e-mailed me and told me the Internet option doesn't really work because it routes the internet everywhere and drops too much.
