One of my customers bought a Samsung QN55Q60BAFXZC TV and decided to use it in their family room which is great, but that model's remote doesn't send IR commands. The remote that has been used in this room is the Harmony Elite with a hub. I know that can operate devices via IP- has anyone used that hub for this series/model of Samsung TV?

No IR jack, no IR window.....
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."

When I see a remote without the shiny plastic nose and when Samsung tech support tells me they only work with RF and IP via the app......

There ya go again! You should know better. Two or three calls are required to see if you get a consensus from tech-support 😀

Or, I could use the time finding the setting that was needed in the Harmony software, which I didn't think would default to hub control when the old TV was controlled via IR.

The cool thing- they gave me the Panasonic TC-P50G25.
