I'm usually pretty good at getting stuff setup, or at least finding answers online, but I just can't seem to figure this out.
So I scan for devices, and Roku 6102x (my TV) shows up. I can add it, but when I open the remote; no buttons show up, just a blank screen.
I searched, and read that I needed to add the TV (tcl 55us5800) manually. I did that. It adds the TV, but when it IP scans for the TV nothing shows up, I guess because it shows up on the scan as the 6102x. I skip the scan, and the remote shows up with all the buttons, but doesn't work.
So I guess the question is, is there any way to tell the Harmony hub that the tcl IS the roku?

Are you using a smart phone for setup and controlling the hub? I have seen equipment show in the hub software without buttons, but I use the Pro Portal and do all of my programming in that program.
I was on vacation and where we stayed, they have two TCL TVs with Roku- I opened my Roku app and searched for devices. Try that and see if the model numbers are different from what you see in the Harmony.
I guess that worst case, you could call Harmony's tech support number or check their website's Community area for info.
