A customer charged from DirecTV to Dish Network. I went there to reprogram their URC (Complete Control) remotes. They installed a brand new Hopper and 3 Joey 4 boxes. I can get every command to work except Channel Up, Channel Down, Exit/Cancel and Pause. I spent considerable time on the phone with Dish advanced support and with URC support. URC is trying to connect with Dish engineers to get updated codes. Has anyone else had this issue?

Dishnetwork codes haven't changed in decades. They are always the same.
Unless URC actually broke their own codes in their database during a recent update, You have something else going on there.
