Hello,
I would like to transition from the aging Panasonic TDA50 system here at my office (low volt contractor) to perhaps a cloud based/IP system for easier control over call processing. I would love some recommendations if you have experience with a product that I can check out.
I need at least three lines, voice mail, automated directory routing and forwarding to cell, hold audio and the ability to schedule message types and enable/disable message types. easy to use would be nice but hey... that may be the white whale :)
Thanks!

I would also consider Microsoft Teams phone system, especially if you are already in the office ecosystem.

I use Nextiva and like it a lot. A ton of cool features, there's also an App that you can use directly from your mobile.

We moved from a Panasonic to Ring Central. Other than the cost, it is everything we wanted and expected. Rings and text to my mobile, don't have to give out my cell number.

When Cap Sales started selling SIP phones, we installed a few systems using Jive. Jive was purchased by GoToConnect (same as GoToMeeting) and really not much has changed. Service is expensive but there is a reoccurring revenue with this service. So we get a discount on our service and also get money from other systems sold. We use Panasonic phones.
Full cloud based system. Simply plug SIP phone into internet anywhere and that extension will act like you are in the office. Full voice tree capabilities and redirecting to cell phones. Pretty simple to use and can update the tree offsite.
Our office is roughly $500 a month for 17 handsets. That includes all numbers and our commission credit. Looks like pricing is on par with Ring Central. Not sure if Ring Central has the ability to be a reseller.
