We have a few support and maintenance plans that we have many of our clients signing up for. We want to keep track of things in a better way than a spreadsheet, etc. Does anyone know of a good cloud based program that can work for keeping track of something like this? If it had billing and other helpful things that would be a plus. We use ovrc, bid magic, quickbooks & servicem8, but none of these seem to fit for this situation.

Thanks!

Can you be more specific about "keep track of things better".  What exactly do you want the software to do?  Send invoices?

I've been using Fusebill for security subscriptions. I don't have a lot of accounts, but once they are set up with a credit card the whole thing runs on autopilot. It has OK integration with Quickbooks Online.

Especially with credit cards, it takes almost zero attention once a customer is set up. Customers are on autopay, the program creates an invoice in QBO and then recognizes the payment when it is received and closes the invoice.

Notifies customers via email automatically (you can set these preferences)

Good phone support and they provide training of sorts starting out. There are a lot of options on there so there is definitely a learning curve.

Even though, for my size, it really isn't needed, they have some script you can add to your website so you can have a payment portal on your website that actually looks like part of the website.

If you're comfortable with databases, a more powerful, strategic approach would be to use Airtable. www.airtable.com

I just looked at Fusebill -- are you really paying $300/mo?!?
