Have a client that wants a region free player. Looking at the Oppo UHD-205.
Anyone use this actual model?
Where can I purchase? Do I need to become a dealer or any distys carry them?
Just found article about Oppo closing down........anyone know of another region free UHD option?

I think Oppo is long gone. Maybe check Ebay if it must be Oppo--otherwise maybe a different brand would serve you better? Panasonic s700p-k shows up as a good choice in reviews but I have no personal experience with it.

Also, Oppo auto corrected to Opposite in your thread title :)

Oppo no longer makes players. Used on eBay will be your only bet, but expect to pay $2200-$2800 for one.

You can edit the thread title, too. Go to the first post, click on edit, and you can edit the thread title from there. I don't think you can edit a thread title from anywhere else.
