Anyone gotten anywhere with the Frame TV-motion sensor not working issue? We've been seeing it for 5-6 months now and the promised Samsung firmware updates aren't doing anything.
Anyone else having problems with these things and if so, has anyone received any positive info?

The only thing I ran into was that I turned of Auto Run last app in the menu system which caused the motion sensor to malfunction.
Customer turned it back on and everything works now.
