If you're going to want to adjust the internal RGB levels of your TV set hire an ISF trained technican. That person will have the appropriate tools and knowledge to do the proper adjustments correctly.
This is a process that involves more than adjusting RGB levels. It actually starts off by adjusting white levels and then the RGB levels (I'm simplfying things for those ISF techs). All TV sets are setup to display well in a harsely lite showroom environment and not your home. You can't do one without the other. IMHO, there is NO way you can eye ball these adjustments and you can easly damage the set as well as reduce the life of the set because you'll you get levels set incorrectly.
What you would like to do is analogous to having someone tune/troubleshoot today's electronically controlled engines without the proper meters and scopes, but rather by the sound of the engine.
In addition, this is a time consuming process even when you have the correct equipment.
Recommendation: Hire an ISF Technican
Cheers
