Anyone else having late delivery problems in getting product from Crestron? I placed my first order 2 months ago and have not received the touchpanels for my job. Called Crestron 2 wks ago and was told "They're on their way". Called them back today only to find they still haven't shipped.
I've been an Elan dealer in the past and never had delivery problems. Even through I like the Crestron integration with their thermostat and invested in a Crestron programmer, was I better off with Elan?
What's going on?

I have never experienced the problems that you are describing... I know that they are having delays delivering a few key new items... specifically lighting modules, but for the most part have been the top manufacturer in my book.

Not problem here. Delivers come on a regular basis and they are quick with overnight if need be.

I didn't know Crestron even shipped to the Moon. You may want to consdider relocating and becoming an Earthdoggie. Should help to expedite things.

I don't have problems getting Crestron delivered on time. I'm wondering if this is related to clearing credit, etc. on your opening order. Have you talked to your rep and the credit department?
