In my installation, I end up switching output formats from time to time depending on whether I am sending the feed elsewhere in my home. When using the monitor in the same room as the HD200, I use the format for component out to get the best picture, and then switch to the format for s-video out to run through my video distribution setup (which also feeds the monitor). Yes, it's a pain.

Does anyone know if there is a discrete code for specific formats? I have the format code which switches through the formats, but I'd like to be able to program my remote to select a specific format.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You would need a Xantech IR-RS232A or a Custom Celedon IR to RS232 conversion box,
