Are there better systems out ther for controlling lighting and hopefully fans than X10.

I work in both new and old homes. At this point budget isn't an issue it's selling and installing the most functional equipment. Right now i'm just trying to find out what else is out there. thanks for any info.

have a look at Lutron.. they make systems that will comtrol lighting, projector screens, curtains, etc www.lutron.com

Also, have a look at LiteTouch. They are what I consider one of the big three in the lighting control business, the other one is Vanatge (a bunch of former LiteTouch people). In addition, LiteTouch offers a limited lifetime warranty on their products. Whta this is a lifetime warranty on components for the original owner of the home. That will get a customer's attention. www.litetouch.com
