I'm looking for the rechargeable battery for my ts-1000. I have asked my local retailer and then don't have them and I wasn't able to find them on line. I also need the battery cover since mine is broken. Any info would be appreciated.

Call Philips. You can get them there.

Make the call when you can sit on hold for an hour, if you have to.

I posted the phone number and address for service here, probably more than six months ago. Silly me, I did not put it in my Palmn Pilot. Maybe since you have the need, you can wait for the site search and then repost it for us all to write down.

At that time, I talked to a sensible person with clear instructions about what to do for service. My problem was a client's TS1000 that just went blank. They gave re a rebuilt one in its place.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.

I did find the Philips number and called, the wait wasn't that bad. That was the good news. They do not have any batteries aqnd don't have a delivery date for them. They also do not have any covers. So I am stuck again.

As far as batteries goes you can use any rechargable AA batteries in the pronto. I use nickel metal hydride batteries in mine and they last about 3 weeks between charges.
