Anyone know if the AV3000 can be used with Crestron?

Crestron says no because of the different frequency, but the AV 3000 has a learning frequency of what, 1 - 500 KHz? Crestron is at 38 KHZ.

Any comments or advice?

HUH?

First.... What Is an AV3000? I know several different products with that model number.

Second, Crestron uses RF Communicatuion frequencies of 433Mhz and 418Mhz.

They use various IR codesets with their CNIRGWA which can be learned into a standard learning remote, but you must use the CNIRGWA todo anything with those IR codes.

Their Room Boxes use a RC-5 codeset, and I think there is some issue with Learning those codes, but have no experience with them

INFORMATION INFORMATION INFORMATION INFORMATION

Or, to be a bit more subtle, please ask us with enough details for us to answer.

Meanwhile, I understand that the 10000, the 12000, and the 3.14159 won't work with it either. When they tried that last one, it just kept going in circles.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
