Has anyone else run into this problem where they can not learn codes onto the hard buttons. I have been learning most of the codes dirrectly into the computer through the pronto to prevent uploading problems. But even this way I am haveing trouble learning the hard buttons. The firmware is updated and it is the most recent Pronto NG. Any Ideas?

Yes I have Originaly ordered four and I took one to a customers house spend two hours trying to learn commands. I deceided to go back to the Marantz RC5200. By the way I returned all of the prontos.

jamdaddy is right we got these in and have since discontinued with the TSU line. We only use Marantz remotes now (for the low end that is).
