Custom installation of Home Theater , Customer provided Bose Lifestyle 20 system , we provided all the other gear. Have had no luck in gettin this system to respond to anyother model codes for Bose.. Has anyone else run into this problem?

You need the Audio Authority C-1024 that allows IR control of RF only Bose systems. It is available from BlueDo when available. You download the ccf from BlueDo.

Shoe is right the LS20 works on RF not IR the new LS28/35 systems can be switched via a menu to accept IR but not the LS20 the codes posted are for IR control of the28/35.
