My problem with Pronto is that anyone can buy them on the web, for the same price that I get through my distributor. I just lost a sale on one, and the guy still wants me to program it. That's the last one that I will quote. I have a TSU3000 at home, and I have spent more than enough time programming it, with help from this site. I am going to look more to the Harmony and Marantz stuff myself...

How about saying no? Does he bring a steak to a restaraunt and ask them to cook it? Remeber, this guy needs you to make his Pronto something better than a paperweight.
