Pronto works great in IR but does not respond in RF mode. CH and ID are all checked and double checked. It has responded once or twice but that's it. Could it be Pronto needs firmware update or maybe something is wrong with it. I have tried 2 RFX modules and doesn't work with either. Thanks for any input.

The overall "system properties" setting to RF enabled did not do the same to the individual devices on a customer unit I was working on. I was focused on the IR router and missed it way too long. That is not a global command. Go to each device and re-set to "RF enable" in their properties box.

hope this helps.
