C'mon, you really don't think your industry is at all any more dangerous working in a post office or school do you. I understand that you are in this business and the article is related to this site, but really, a "dangerous industry". Your chances of something similar happening to you are just as likely when you are buying groceries. Later dude.

Mike... Relax..... I'm sure cats meant that a little tounge n' Cheek.... I really dont think anyone thinks "Hi-Fi Guy" is a Dangerous profession.
I couldnt help but laugh as I was reading the article, but it IS kinda spooky when ya think about it.
I've had my share of upset clients in my days.... Everyone has....

The guys first clue should have been the supposed phone call from a wife wanting to give her husband a Home Theatre.... you'd have to be suspicious of that :-)

Lighten up Francis! Or in this case MikeH. It was tongue in cheek DUDE! The main story of some trunkslammer ripping clients off is a story I hear all to often. Its about time someone fought back. This doctor went a little too far but maybe these scumbags will think twice next time. They give all of us in this industry a bad name.

They both could have been Ass*oles. Who knows. Davis was one stupid Doctor. I wonder if he ever used a Lawyer first? Something tells me Vitale is no longer "in the biz"... Anyone know these characters?
That Medical Assistant playing Dumb should have been arrested for sure. I am sure she had heard the story about the Home theater not finished if Davis was that mad, enough to kill someone over it. She knew exactly who she was calling and why. Just my .02.

So if your boss told you to call someone under a phony pretense, you would immediately assume it's because your boss wanted to murder someone? If you are ever chosen for jury duty, please say no :-).

sounds like my former employer and 90% of his former customers...
...which is why he's a former employer and they're his former customers...

We can do it my way, or we can do it my way while I yell. The choice is yours. |
