Bose uses an RF Remote Control. The TSU6000 will not directly learn these codes.

Bluedo sells a Bose IR to RF convertor that I've heard works well, but have no first hand experience with.

The LS35 can be controlled by IR. There are two sets of IR codes to control it but they are in the file section. you must make the appropriate changes in the menu to enable IR control. The LS35 has a teach function to teach learning remotes IR commands but it is unreliable. The RF to IR convertor works well. It is manufactured by Audio Authority but is not needed for the LS35/28 Bose systems.
