Loaded the truck and trailer with a lot of the "junk" that needs to go to the beach house.
The garage almost looks like a car could fit now.
Have been to the docs over the knee thing twice now. Sadly doc will not give me a shot in the left knee so soon after the right knee, and the pain level is high. I keep pushing though, since this stuff must get done.
You guys need to pay attention. You work along towards the end, and then the end is here, and you have more personal work to do than you ever thought possible. It is a problem.

House was listed Monday the 2nd, first showing was Friday (6th) evening. Then again on Monday the 9th, Tuesday the 10th, and another for this evening.
We had one offer on Monday the 2nd, two offers on Tuesday the 10th, one is low, and the other is well over the asking.
Neither offer is asking for any of the electronics (rack, disty AV, other than the 65" PDP in the family room).
At any rate we have 4 weeks to move everything out. I'm thinking there will be a big "tag" sale...LOL

I just worked for a couple that moved into a new home. They had to offer $400,000 over the asking price to get it. Another couple was $250,000 over the asking price, and before escrow closed, somebody offered them $150,000 cash to back out of the deal.

Can't imagine they can finance any of the extra over what the appraisal is. I'd live in a hotel for a while before I throw half a million away cause of a stupid housing boom that will settle down soon.

I wish we were in those numbers, but sadly we live in the cheap seats....LOL
Meeting tomorrow to determine which offer gets accepted.
Inspection in two weeks, and closing in four weeks? Good grief.

I suppose if the appraisal comes up short, they do have to cover the difference in cash.

I just logged into Remote Central after going on a service call 3.5 hours away yesterday, only to get excited to see a bunch of new posts. However, the letdown was soon followed upon the realization that they are all from first-timers and either spam or nonsense.

If first time posters were all moderated before posting, it would fix that.

Today I celebrated our lord and savior Trump being reinstated as president. All hail Trump and my pillow guy!

Trying to change one of the vehicles from a Nv200 to the larger NV2500 and the dealer wants 3k over sticker. The sales guy who I’ve bought all the vans from literally said we won’t sell it for less than 3k over. Lol Gtfoh. I’ll drive a few hours away and get it under sticker price.

I’ll drive a few hours away and get it under sticker price. Not likely to happen. Inventory shortages are causing this, and there's no reason to sell under sticker.
