Maybe you professionals can help me. I recently purchased a new home with a Kustom sound system built in. The installer and Kustom informed me (after installation of course) that the system does not come with a remote, that I had to purchas a learning remote to control the keypads from across the room, (the phone always rings during a song I like). I purchased a Pronto TSU2000 remote and cannot get it to learn the Kustom keypad commands. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If the Pronto is not the right one, what is? Henry

Even a One for All remote will sometimes work with the Kustom systems. Which Kustom system do you have?

Henry, trouble with Kustom is, they don't Kare Kathering to their Kustomers. Korrisponding with their Kustomer Kare office is always a not too pleasant experience. That's one of the reasons Kontractors don't Kare dealing with this Kompany. JJ Bugsy

cac3: it is the Kustom KHS6640. You were correct their kustomer support was krappy. Although the system works fine. I also have their 3 way reciever installed, which came with a remote. One would think the keypad system would also have a remote, or the reciever remote would be a learning remote. Any thoughts on how to get the Pronto to work with the Kustom?

Just to let everyone know. I contacted custom about my problems with the Keypads and the Pronto TSU2000. They offered to program the Pronto, which they did. Everything works perfectly now. I much appreciate your help and the people at Kustom. Henry
