If you like the use of a fairly large screen touchpanel but only want to operate IR devices the AMX Viewpoint 1way series of panels work pretty well and doesnt require a main controller but, does require a TP design program.

The main difference between the two is this. All of the intelligence of the Pronto is stored in the remote itself and is very limited.
The Crestron stores the program in a seperate processor allowing it to be vastly more advanved.

If you are fairly tech savy, and only controlling one room of very simple equipment then the Pronto will be adequite. I do not advise using the RF function of the pronto pro however.

This really is a question that should never have
been asked.

You correctly think that because you know the answer to the question...Emir and anybody who does not know the differences in approach and capability have to ask the question. Ironically, they would probably agree with you once they know the answer.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
