Situation:

4 of the EXACT same model televisions in one room under the same IR footprint.

Problem:

How can a single IR remote be used to control each TV individually without interferring with the others? (sorry, the TVs remote control IR capabilities do not provide for signatures).

Solution:

Xantech rt - 8 allows you to select which of the televisions is going to get the ir code. You will need:
1. An ir sensor
2. A programmable remote control
3. A Xantech rc-68 remote for the source codes
4. Emitters for each of the tv's with masking shields to prevent leakage from one to another.

The unit essentially has 8 ports on it; you select which port gets the signal by laying down a prefix code, and then following up with the tv code.
