Last week I was sent to a job where the screen had been delivered to the customers home. Instead of receiving a 110" 16x9 we received a 10' 4x3 and one pissed off customer. I have been busting my bosses balls to use da-lite for specifically the installation woo's. Can rarely get the corners to line up.

Who made the screen the wrong size? I have had a problem repeatedly with Draper, where they make a screen just right except the white area is 2" too high or too short, got a couple where they forgot to paint the black border on....
What's an installation woo?
You can rarely get the corners to line up using what style of what brand?

A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything. "The biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." -- G. “Bernie” Shaw |
