I have programmed two Pronto 9600 remotes for a family that has homes in Jamestown, RI, and Palm Coast, FL. I'm moving, and I need to find them an installer that has experience programming Pronto remotes, and specifically the 9600. The 9600 is currently programmed just using IR but they are always open to upgrades. They have just changed out some gear in the Palm Coast, FL house and will be needing to have their remote reprogrammed. So they are looking for a PROFESSIONAL installer to help them out.
