The ir ouputs are adjustable. Turn them up all of the way by using the dipswitches above the plugs.

Have done this. The problem is when the commands are through the macro page. When you cant assign an ir emiter to the command.

Are you linking to the IR codes within each activity, or relearning the codes within the macros?

Only a week in with the 9600, though from all the structures xcf I've seen each device's IR is setup within a hidden page within the activity that is linked to. Where you can change the activity to send through which extender and which IR port.

Kris,

You set the IR Port in the device that contains the IR Code, NOT in the device that contains the Macro to which you have a link to the code.

Lyndel,
In my XCF I have a macros device and a IR Device, the IR has all of my different components and there associated codes which have links to all of them. Do I have to put each page back into the actual component device to be able to have the macros link to them and send ir out the correct port number? That would mean I would have re link all my buttons with the links not carrying over when you move the pages! Any suggestions!
Thank You

I touch on this here as well Redman.

If all of your IR code buttons are stored under one device then you are only going to be able to route your IR codes to one of the extenders IR ports. As such, you'll need to at the very least create 3 addition IR code devices, each set to a different extender IR port. From there simply click and drag each of your IR code pages to the proper IR code device based on what IR port you want said codes to use. And by the way, dragging a page from one device to another will not cause you to lose the links made to the buttons on said page. Dragging buttons from one page to another will also not cause you to lose your links, even in cases where you are dragging a given button from one page in one device to a page in a completely different device.
