i have some devices that only have power toggle. there is a way that i can program a macro that can power on and off a device with only the command power toggle thanks isidor

Depends on the device. Many devices have alternate commands that will ensure that power is on, i.e. they act as a power on. Try it from the factory supplied remote for the component. If it is a tuner or STB it is often the guide or menu button, sometimes channel .....
If you find such a button then a little macro gives you power off.

I had a logitech harmony 880, and it can know when the device was on or off. there is a way that you can program your remote that can control if the device is on and it don't turned off i try to figure out how to do it thanks isidor
