Hi
I hope somebody can help me as this is becoming really frustrating. I have the new TSU9600 and also a TSU9400. I use XP (same service packs) on my desktop and my laptop. Both have the latest PEP. When learning IR codes on my desktop all is great especially the fast learn function which is excellent. But when it comes to using my laptop which I use most of the time I struggle learning more than a couple of codes before getting the C11 error appear. I then have to unplug the USB and plug back in again to learn a couple more and so on. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the software, rebooting the laptop and the remote but with no more joy than before.
I hope someone can help.

What firmware versions are you using on the remotes?
