Is it possible to unprotect library, or to get the source code of such libraries? (in case of .toSource() javascript func how to use it?).

It is possible to some limitation if the author did not use other means to encapsulate the libraries, making the return of a toSource call useless.
It would be easyer (and not to mention the more right approach) to contact the author. Now that the pronto line is dead maybe some authors will open the libraries.

Elephant,
The libraries are encrypted with a public/private key scheme. You might be able to use toSource() but I can tell you that for my scripts, toSource would do you little good as I obfuscate and compress my code such that disassembly, although it might be possible, will not usually provide easy human-readable code.
