I just had DirecTv install a new whole house DVR system. My TSU3500 no longer can control my Directv system. I have ProntEdit installed on my computer but I'm not sure how to use. Would someone be interested in programming my remote using remote software like Team Viewer. I would be happy to pay via credit card or paypal.

You might also want to investigate (search NG forum) the "The Ultimate Pronto" guide as this was written for the TSU3000 and describes the process of building a configuration from start to finish.

Total control remote (www.totalcontrolremotes.com) programmed a TSU9400 for me awhile back. I know they also program older Pronto remotes. Give them a try. Don't have the number handy, but there is contact info on the website. Good luck.
