I have my TSU 9600 working on Windows Media Center....codes are based on an MCE remote ir codes and this works great.
The same functions operate the Boxee software...except for the actual command for starting the software.
The MCE remote has a specific button for starting Media Center....how can i get the Pronto to start Boxee?

Learn the IR code with the pronto and put it in the database.

The code for the MCE remote I have and it works....there is no code for boxee software. I am not talking about the Boxee Box, but the standalone software.
