He's a thought.

Has anyone thought (talking to you Jon) about developing a standalone working Pronto Simulator app for the iPad.

That would be the bomb!

Sure would be, but I dount someone will go this way.

PEP2 with it's simulator is made for Windows systems. While the iPad has a different opetating system, the iOs. As no one here has access to the source code of the PEP2 simulator, everything has to be rewritten for the iOS, everything.

Jon always said that he "just" enabled the features that were already there in the simulator, but disabled.

Too much work for too little gain. It's better to use apps that already exist for the iPad for home controlling.

BluPhenix is right - not probably going to be feasible since the simulator is a windows app.

You could always run it as a thin client.
