I'm an owner of TSU9400 for several years. I went to the official new Pronto site to download software(firmware/prontoedit) and I see we have no access. You have to register as professional and I have to provide Registration code. I paid for this and want my software. My old username password doesn't work anymore and the old site doesn't include the software anymore. Please help. I want the latest software.
