I ve recently got a Cambridge Audio Ipod Dock ID 50 that has 2 way RS232 communication for the TSU9800 and RFX9600

So far i like the quality and functionality of the ID50 (IR use) for its price

I ve search everywhere to find a 2-way prontoscript module for feedback (tracks, artists, etc) to control the ID50 with RS232
I can use ready made modules with success but i have no idea of javascript to make one for my self.
The protocol link is found at:
[Link: cambridgeaudio.com]

Has anyone used one before or created one?

Is there something similar i could use?

If my only option is to buy it from a developer how much should i expect to pay?

Any other solutions? I know there is an iport module available. What other ipod dock devices are available in the market with RS232 and IR control with readymade prontoscript modules at the ID50 price range?

I d appreciate any help
