I'm a DIY enthusiast (working towards level 2 cert). The UK dealers/distributors dont really like people like me, they want everyone who owns a Pronto to use a professional for the programing of it. I enjoy learning PEP 2 as a hobby, and may try to make a small business out of it soon. Personally I could not afford such an item if I had to pay someone to program it for me as well.
