Hi
Have search remotecentral and internet for an answer, but nothing helps me. Maybe someone here can help.
PEP2 have workt fine for months but last week i was not able to open the program. It crashes on startup. I have tried to reinstall in different ways. Also renstalled Msxml dll files etc. And tried to open with differens compatibility.
The only thing that helps, is to reinstall windows and then it works a couple of times. Then the problem returns.
I am running Windows 7 Home premium 64bit .
Any ideas ?

Perhaps an Automatic Update Security patch from Microsoft?

I had what seems like a similar problem.
In my case, Windows was installed on drive D. However, PEP would not work properly if installed on D - first time it worked, second time it would not work.
I had to install it on C.

I would agree with Lyndel it must be a windows update. Go to the control panel and remove the last installed windows updates one by one so you can isolate the problematic one. I think you can find the updates in the programs section in the control panel (WXP here at work so can't check properly).
