I have 1 TSU9400 which wont talk to the RFX9400, if I load up a working config file it still does not work. There is nothing wrong with the RFX9400 because other TSU9400 can talk to it.

Firmware versions?
PEP version?
Standalone or Network?

I have 28 other TSU9400 with the same setup and they are working fine
