I have managed to upgrade 29 TSU9400 from firmware 5.0.3 to 7.3.3, but there is 1 TSU9400 refusing to upgrade. I get upto the white screen with the Philips logo and the software comes up with a C11 error message. I have also tried the repair method. I have emailed Philips 2 weeks ago but they have not replied

I'd try and email them again. Also try updating the firmware from a PC running XP if you still have one.
