I am working with a Philips Pronto TSU-9600 and during one of my programming saves my computer locked-up. Upon restart the editing software would no longer recognize the file, the exact message I got is... "ProntoEdit Professional does not recognise this file and cannot open it".
However the editing software will still open other customers' files fine.
My question is two-fold, has anyone had this happen to them, if so, how do you salvage the file? Second, how do I activate the portion of the editing software that will allow me upload the saved partial program file that is stored in the Pronto, like I can for the hundreds of ProntoNG's that I have programmed? I understand that this a feature that is available as seperately.
Any help would be tremendously appreciated. Thanks.
