The issue is likely that the serial.match() is not stripping the trailing "\r" from your string.
So, right before the switch, add:
if ((INP !== null) && (INP.length > 1) && (INP.charAt(INP.length-1) === '\r')) INP = INP.substring(0, INP.length-1);
The above code will trim off the extra "\r".
Please create a new thread with relevant information if this does not work.
