My TSU9600 is in "NO VALID CONFIGURATION FILE FOUND" mode...I can not find the default config file on my computer :( Does anybody know where I can get the default .xcf file? thank you

The configuration is located in a folder named "Pronto Projects" for PEPv2 and IIRC, in a folder off the directory (folder) where the EXE is located for PEPv1.
For a definitive answer, search this forum for +default +configuration.
