I currently own a TSU 7000 and love it. Looking to get one fore my new basement theater but dont want to spend a ton, for some reason the Philips RC9800i is going for less than the 7500 on ebay.
Can someone inform me why and if its worth it?
Thanks alot.

The RC9800i is ancient. You are probably confusing it with the TSU9800.

How ancient? I own a TSU 7000 already and am kind of bias when it comes to purchasing another remote. I would love to spend the cash on another or even the 7500 but its just a basement system and am looking for a similar remote but withouth the big price tag. I found a 9800i for $150.
Let me know about the remote itself regardless of the age. I really appreciate it.

It was released 4 years ago. There is a separate forum specifically for this model.
